Le chapeau est celui d'un grand dignitaire ibérique de la fin XIIIème, je sais plus lequel par contre, Alphonse X je dirais mais sans certitude.
On retrouve ce type de chapeau d'aspect cylindrique sur le "Livre des jeux" d'Alphonse X le Sage (Castille, 1251-1283) , que je met en téléchargement ici.

Même sans parler espagnol, on comprend qu'il s'agit d'un bonnet de cérémonie (et un zoom pour voir les détails). Ca fait partie des petites affaires de Fernando de la Cerda
